Campground nestled in pine forest beside a calm brook

Milan, New Hampshire — Est. 1972

Sleep beneath a canopy of ancient pines

Along the quiet banks of Black Brook, where the Saco River winds through the White Mountains, we offer a simpler kind of lodging — cabins, campsites, and the kind of silence that returns.

A place to unplug, without sacrificing comfort.

Whether you're here for a weekend of river fishing, a week of mountain hiking, or a season-long retreat from the noise — Black Brook Cove is your home in the woods.

About Us

We built this place before the roads were paved.

Black Brook Cove Campground sits on land that has been in our family for generations. What started as a modest clearing beside a reliable water source has grown into a quiet destination for people who value the real thing — clean air, dark skies, and the sound of running water.

We are not a resort. We do not have Wi-Fi or a pool. What we offer is something harder to find: a genuine sense of place. Our cabins are simple but well-maintained. Our campsites sit under a mature forest canopy. And the river is always within a short walk.
